LabDeID

Automatic de-identification of lab-report PDFs (DE/FR): patient names, birth dates, AHV numbers and contact details are removed before a document goes anywhere else — analytes, results and reference ranges stay intact.

Converts external lab-report PDFs into structured HL7, XML or CSV for GLIMS import — with a curated mapping database matching analytes to the right mnemonics. Runs on de-identified reports from LabDeID.

The successor to the AIG in a more official form — a mandated working group with defined roles and responsibilities, carrying the community's principles into formal governance: reviewing AI initiatives, owning the policy framework, and reporting to leadership.
